NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED
Large mixing bowl
Minimum 8” x 8” plastic container with lid
Parchment paper
INGREDIENTS
1 cup natural peanut butter
½ cup honey
½ cup coconut oil
2 cups dry oats (not instant)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 ¼ cups dark chocolate chips
1 Tsp. vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Put oats, shredded coconut and chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Melt peanut butter, honey and coconut oil over medium-low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and add to the oats and chocolate chip mixture in the mixing bowl. Also add the vanilla extract. Stir well until chocolate chips are entirely melted.
- Pour into plastic container lined with parchment paper (this avoids sticking) and spread out to evenly flatten out. Cover with lid and cool in the freezer about 30 minutes.
- When it’s set, remove from container and cut into squares or desired shapes and sizes. Store in plastic container or large sandwich bag in the fridge.
