CHEWY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FRUIT & NUT GRANOLA BARS
INGREDIENTS
-3 cups rolled oats
-300ml sweetened condensed milk
-2 cups chocolate chips
-1 1/2 cups raisins
-1 cup crunchy peanut butter (might want to melt it a little so mixing everything will be easier)
-1 Tbsp vanilla extract
-2 Tbsp butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands until combined.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and put the mixture in, flattening it out to the edges so that the slab is about the same thickness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into squares or bars while still in the pan. Cool another 25 minutes (I put mine in the freezer for 25 minutes). Eat!
