CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE HONEY OAT SQUARES
KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED
Large mixing bowl
Parchment paper
Minimum 8” x 8” plastic container with lid
INGREDIENTS
1 cup extra creamy peanut butter, MELTED OPTIONAL TO MAKE COMBINING EASIER
1 cup honey
¾ cups cacao powder
2 cups rolled oats
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine.
- Put mixture in plastic container lined with parchment paper. Flatten to spread out evenly.
- Cover with lid and put in the freezer for 45-60 minutes. Remove from container and cut into squares. Store in fridge in covered plastic container or large sandwich bag.
