CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP BREAD

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP BREAD

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
About 3/4 cup grated milk chocolate
10 Peanut Butter Cups, chopped into pieces
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup orange juice, and another 1/4 just in case.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the grated chocolate. Stir with a fork until combined. Add peanut butter cups. Stir to coat.
  4. Mix together the egg, oil and orange juice. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, and stir until just blended.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven. When done, raise heat to 400 and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven when done.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack, and cool completely.
