CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP BREAD
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
About 3/4 cup grated milk chocolate
10 Peanut Butter Cups, chopped into pieces
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup orange juice, and another 1/4 just in case.
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the grated chocolate. Stir with a fork until combined. Add peanut butter cups. Stir to coat.
- Mix together the egg, oil and orange juice. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, and stir until just blended.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven. When done, raise heat to 400 and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven when done.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack, and cool completely.
