CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FUDGE

INGREDIENTS

375g milk chocolate
400g can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup crunchy (or smooth) peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine condensed milk and chocolate and melt until smooth using a microwave or stove-top method. Once melted and smooth, pour into a small square baking pan that’s been lined with parchment paper. Put pan of chocolate into refrigerator for about 10 minutes to harden.
  2. Melt peanut butter until smooth. Pour over the chocolate slab and spread out evenly. Put in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  3. Remove fudge slab from pan and peel off the parchment paper. Cut into squares and eat!
