CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
375g milk chocolate
400g can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup crunchy (or smooth) peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
- Combine condensed milk and chocolate and melt until smooth using a microwave or stove-top method. Once melted and smooth, pour into a small square baking pan that’s been lined with parchment paper. Put pan of chocolate into refrigerator for about 10 minutes to harden.
- Melt peanut butter until smooth. Pour over the chocolate slab and spread out evenly. Put in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Remove fudge slab from pan and peel off the parchment paper. Cut into squares and eat!
