INGREDIENTS
1 CUP 35% WHIPPING CREAM
300ml CAN OF SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
1 CUP M&M’s
1 CUP NUTS
1 CUP FRESH FRUIT
1TBSP OF EXTRACT (i.e. ORANGE, VANILLA, MINT, etc.)

DIRECTIONS

  1. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, ADD WHIPPING CREAM. USING AN ELECTRIC MIXER, MIX ON LOW AND HIGH SETTINGS FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES, UNTIL CREAM IS THICK AND DOESN’T RUN.
  2. ADD CONDENSED MILK AND MIX WITH MIXER FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES. ADD OPTINAL INGREDIENTS (IF USING) AND MIX ON LOW UNTIL COMBINED.
  3. POUR INTO A BOWL, COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND FREEZE IN FREEZER FOR 24 HOURS. SERVE.
