7 ounces dried spaghetti noodles
1/2 tablespoon salt

FOR THE NAPOLITAN SAUCE

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 small onion (thinly sliced)

1/3 cup ketchup or tomato paste
2 teaspoons butter

  3. Add drained spaghetti in the skillet with the vegetables and sausage and toss gently.
  4. Add ketchup/tomato paste and stir-fry the spaghetti, coating all of the ingredients.
  5. Mix butter in with the pasta, add salt and pepper, if necessary, to taste. Remove from heat.
  6. Garnish with parsley if using it. Eat.
