RIOTT BREAD
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup Raspberries
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 cup chocolate chips
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup orange juice
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Gently squeeze the blueberries until they pop, add them, the raspberries and the chocolate chips to the flour mixture and lightly mix to coat everything in the flour mixture. - Mix together the egg, oil and orange juice. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, and stir until just blended. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven. After 50 minutes, raise the oven temperature to 400 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove loaf from pan to a wire rack, and cool completely.
- Slice and eat!
