SKITTLE DOODLE FUDGE

KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED

Small or medium sized pot
9” x 13” plastic container with lid
Parchment paper

INGREDIENTS

3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
¾ cups Skittles
Liquid food coloring (your choice of colors and how many)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a pot and melt over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and completely melted.
  2. Stir in Skittles.
  3. Pour into plastic container lined with parchment paper and gently spread to evenly flatten out.
  4. Squirt one drop of each color food coloring in a different corner of the pan; use a knife to create swirls of color.
  5. Cover with lid and place in the freezer until firm, about 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove from container and cut into small squares. Store in covered plastic container in a freezer or large sandwich bag.
