SKITTLE DOODLE FUDGE
KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED
Small or medium sized pot
9” x 13” plastic container with lid
Parchment paper
INGREDIENTS
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
¾ cups Skittles
Liquid food coloring (your choice of colors and how many)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a pot and melt over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and completely melted.
- Stir in Skittles.
- Pour into plastic container lined with parchment paper and gently spread to evenly flatten out.
- Squirt one drop of each color food coloring in a different corner of the pan; use a knife to create swirls of color.
- Cover with lid and place in the freezer until firm, about 3 hours or overnight.
- Remove from container and cut into small squares. Store in covered plastic container in a freezer or large sandwich bag.
