CHEESY CHICKEN AND POTATOES

KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED

5-6 Quart slow cooker

INGREDIENTS

2lb Uncooked chicken breast, chopped into bite sized pieces.
450g block cheddar, grated.
2 10 ounce cans of cream of celery soup (As is! Don’t cook or add water!)
5 medium-large potatoes, uncooked, chopped into bite sized pieces.
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup spring onion, chopped (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients, EXCEPT FOR CELERY SOUP in slow cooker. Mix it all up. Pour celery soup on top and DON’T MIX! Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Celery soup will “travel” and coat everything during the cooking process.
  2. When finished, turn off heat and stir it all up. Allow time to cool in a bowl or on a plate before eating as it will be quite hot. Top with chopped spring onion (OPTIONAL). Enjoy!
