CHEESY CHICKEN AND POTATOES
KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED
5-6 Quart slow cooker
INGREDIENTS
2lb Uncooked chicken breast, chopped into bite sized pieces.
450g block cheddar, grated.
2 10 ounce cans of cream of celery soup (As is! Don’t cook or add water!)
5 medium-large potatoes, uncooked, chopped into bite sized pieces.
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup spring onion, chopped (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients, EXCEPT FOR CELERY SOUP in slow cooker. Mix it all up. Pour celery soup on top and DON’T MIX! Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Celery soup will “travel” and coat everything during the cooking process.
- When finished, turn off heat and stir it all up. Allow time to cool in a bowl or on a plate before eating as it will be quite hot. Top with chopped spring onion (OPTIONAL). Enjoy!
