CHEWY CHOCOLATE FRUIT & NUT GRANOLA BARS
KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED
Large mixing bowl
9” x 13” deep baking pan
Non-stick cooking spray
Thin plastic gloves, OPTIONAL
INGREDIENTS
3 cups rolled oats
300ml sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chocolate chips
1 ½ cups raisins
1 cup crunchy peanut butter. (Might want to melt it a little so mixing everything will be easier)
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands until combined. Use thin plastic gloves if you don’t want sticky hands.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and put the mixture in, flattening it out to the edges so that the slab is about the same thickness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into squares or bars while still in the pan. Cool another 25 minutes (I put mine in the freezer for 25 minutes). Eat!
