CHINESE CHICKEN FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of cooked rice
1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
Vegetables (Onion & carrots, chopped), add to taste
green onions, add to taste
2 eggs
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Dashi, 2 pinches (Optional but highly recommended by Sensei Guy!)
Chicken base powder (Like Oxo), 1 pouch
Black pepper, 1 large pinch
Salt, 2-3 pinches
1 Tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp butter
Soy Sauce, to taste (About 1-2 Tbsp)
Sesame oil, to taste (about 1/2 – 1 Tbsp)

DIRECTIONS
(Stir at every step)

  1. Cook 2 eggs.
  2. Add chicken, slightly undercook the chicken to 90% done.
  3. Add vegetables.
  4. Add rice, break down clumps.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Add black pepper.
  7. Add garlic.
  8. Add Dashi.
  9. Add chicken base (Oxo).
  10. Add butter.
  11. Add green onion.
  12. Add soy sauce.
  13. Add sesame oil.
  14. Done!
