CROCK-POT CAULIFLOWER & CHEESE

KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED

3-4 Quart Crock-pot/Slow cooker
Cheese Grater

INGREDIENTS

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 can condensed cheddar soup
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 cloves of garlic, chopped.
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ cup finely diced onion
2 cups shredded cheddar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover with lid and cook on low for 3 to 3½ hours, depending on how tender you want the cauliflower.
  3. Serve in a bowl and let cool for about 5 minutes so the cheese sauce can thicken a bit. Sprinkle some pepper on top for even more awesomeness!
