SPICY AVOCADO PASTA

KITCHEN TOOLS NEEDED

Large pot
Large mixing bowl
Potato masher

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe avocado
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1Tsp red pepper flakes
½ Tbsp. olive oil
3 cups of preferred pasta, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

  1. Deseed and remove avocado flesh from skin and place in a large mixing bowl. Mash well. Add garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mash well again. Set aside.
  2. Cook pasta per package instructions and drain. Return to pot, removed from heat.
  3. Add avocado mixture and red pepper flakes and stir well. If needed, add a few drops of olive oil to thin out the sauce. Serve.
